Today was truly a proud moment witnessing how much the girls have grown since our last TNA carnival. From struggling to understand footwork to now recognising opponents’ footwork during games — the improvement has been amazing to watch!

Seeing them play with confidence, aggression, teamwork, and cheering each other on both on and off the court was incredibly heartwarming for everyone watching.

While we run netball classes, our goal goes beyond just teaching the sport. We hope to guide the girls to become better teammates, better individuals, and better versions of themselves — learning to reflect on mistakes and grow stronger each time.

Way to go, SNA girls! So proud of all of you — keep going, you’ve got this! 💪✨

Whether you are a complete beginner, an experienced player, or simply looking to sharpen your netball skills, this camp is designed for YOU! 💪🔥

✨ Camp Focus:

🔥 Week 1 – Attack Focus
Perfect for players looking to elevate their attacking game! Sessions will include:
✅ Shooter drills
✅ Circle movement & circle attack drills
✅ CPA/feeder drills
✅ Timing, vision, decision making & ball placement
✅ Creating space and effective attacking combinations

🛡 Week 2 – Defensive Focus
Take your defensive game to the next level with:
✅ CPD defensive drills
✅ Circle defense drills
✅ Tracking & body positioning
✅ Reading the play & interception timing
✅ Defensive footwork and pressure

🌟 For beginners:
We will also focus on Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS), coordination, body control, and basic game concepts to build a strong foundation in netball.

Today our 9-10yo girls had a wonderful friendly with Centaurs! 🏐💛
A huge thank you to Centaurs for hosting us on this rainy day!

The girls had so much fun playing against peers who were all much taller than them 😜 but they showed great courage, teamwork and determination throughout the games.

Watching them learn to adapt, think on court and find solutions to the challenges they faced was such a rewarding feeling. So proud of how much they are growing with every game!

What a wonderful morning for our 7–8yo girls! 🏐💙

A big thank you to Centaurs for hosting us and giving our young athletes such a meaningful match experience. Today was never about the results, but about learning, growing, and enjoying the game from both ends—so no scores were officially kept… although that didn’t stop the girls from constantly asking, “Coach, what’s the score?” 😆 Competitive spirit is definitely alive!

It is moments like these that remind us how beautiful sport can be—watching children step onto the court, challenge themselves, support one another, and grow in confidence with every quarter.
