String Theory Music Education

Job location: Singapore

As this is a freelance position, potential jobseekers should ensure that they are cleared for employment in Singapore prior to applying.

You will go into pre / primary / secondary schools as a music instructor (ukulele, guitar, violin, etc.) and deliver term-long music lessons to schoolchildren.

Responsibilities and Duties
- To carry out music programmes designed by the company.
- To work with schoolteachers on classroom behavioural management and assessment matters.
- To oversee performances and / or competitions tied to projects.
- To attend teacher training programmes and meetings when required.
- To submit end of programme reports to the company for evaluation.

Qualifications
- ABRSM / Trinity / LCM Practical of Grade 8 and above
- ABRSM / Trinity / LCM Music Theory of Grade 5 and above
- MOE-IRS and AMIS approved ( for current freelancers )

We offer competitive hourly rates to instructors after successful probationary periods.
