Dumpling Workshop: SUCCESS!

Yindulge had the privilege of conducting a simple dumpling-making workshop for the young and the very-young one weekend.

It was a hands-on morning, where participants made wrappers and filling from scratch. All the chopping, rolling and mixing cumulated in cooking those little sachets two ways. Many new boundaries were conquered, and the satisfaction of tasting those precious mouthfuls of hard work (dipped in homemade sauce no less) made this morning worthwhile spent.

A very big "thank you" to all who supported us over the CNY. We hope you enjoyed time with family and friends over this festive period.

For those who are new here, we welcome you! We have two homemade products that are available for ordering throughout the year: Florentine biscuits and pork-cabbage frozen dumplings.
