Wagashi Nerikiri, signifies the most artistic or high-grade pieces of Japanese confectionery.
Nerikiri is a type of Wagashi that is made out of sweetened white bean paste and glutinous rice flower.
One of the key designs in our Autumn class is the koi fish. Koi fish symbolizes good fortune and abundance, and you can make this treat for any occasion or even simple tea time with friends.
Nerikiri is best enjoyed with tea to balance the light sweet taste.
