21 June Shanghai Mooncake class . The turn out was more than I expected !!!!! Very happy the participants enjoyed the class and learnt the healthiest way to make Mooncake !!!!!!

Not forgetting the help of my wonderful team of consultants , thank you all for taking this wonderful photos and the wonderful bonding time with your customers !!!!!

All ready for next week Mooncake class ….. I will be teaching how to make Shanghai mooncake . Tks for Peter Hii for his help and guidance!!!!!! They are delicious!!!!

Baking “open” style pineapple tarts with my favourite 3.5L is such an easy task . Within 2hrs all 6 bottles of tarts done !!!!

Throwback 30 Jan media event at AMC Singapore …… 14 young influencers were invited to our office for a magical and amazing cooking demonstrations…..

Everyone was amazed by our set …. Within 45mins all the dishes were “born” we only used 2 tablespoon of oil for everything .

Woke up at 7am to cook 2 spicy tuna bread pizza , 1 pot of spicy Korean chicken for my son’s school Teacher’s Day appreciation lunch .

All tks to the automated feature of the latest AMC cooking system … all this (well except the cookies are done ytd) done within 45mins !!!!!
