Exam time is here again. For those interested to be an aspiring real estate salesperson, I will be conducting an intensive revision on 8th and 9th of July 2023. The 22-23 July 2023 Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination registration will be conducted in two stages. Please note the dates for Stage 1 and Stage 2 respectively.

• Please note that the demand for RES examination seats is high. It will not be possible to allocate an examination seat to every applicant who has indicated interest for the examination.

• Please note the change in examination format for the Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination with effect from the March 2023 examination.

* You need to finish your RES course by 6 June 2023 and registration is open on 7 June 2023 . Slots are limited so you need to be quick and fast to apply. Any further information please refer to the below hyperlink
