This gentleman needs no introductions. One of our most hard working clients. His determination and consistency is unbelievable.
Funny story.. a year ago if i would have told him that he would be standing on stage in an International competition, being the best condition of his life he would have said im crazy. His journey with .sg and the guidance of and myself we have achieved unbelievable results. We always need to remember why we started.... His real journey has just only started. We are so excited for August when we reveal the refined upgraded package....stay tuned.

Things I know about healing:
you get to set the pace. You get to decide what growth looks like for you. No one else. And you get to start over as many times as it takes
To the warrior reading this right now, take a second to

This gentleman came to me with a goal. He wanted to transform his Physique basically lose fat and build muscle. His 100 plus day transformation journey with .sg speaks for its self. He is a highly motivated individual with really great discipline. Despite his work travels and personal events he managed to make better choices and stick to the program.
