Listening to a podcast on fatty liver cause, insulin resistance and obesity in getting younger and younger 😰😰, while I did my home exercises (cardio, muscle building and stretching)

The medical doctor used to “mechanically” (rewarded by the county’s health program) gave medication to his patients with high blood sugar until one day, one patient walked in to scold him.

He was a doctor who had biscuits in between patients walking in and out of his clinic.

“Are you sure you are a qualified doctor?
You never told me that bread is sugar, you never told me that white rice is sugar! I had to learn it from someone online!
You never tested my blood sugar level off your medication and how I should change my diet!”

The doctor listened and later went on to promote lifestyle changes as his life mission!

Wow ! What in inspirational real life story. This story just strengthened my career path I chose 5 years ago…… on a mission to transform lives 💕💕💕

Building a business… but never forgetting to enjoy the journey. 🐶🌱

Some days are filled with meetings, planning, learning and making decisions.

And some days… you find yourself at your desk with your favourite Shiba keeping you company. 😂🐕

But perhaps that’s what I love most about building my own business.

It’s not just about the numbers or the targets.

It’s about creating a life where I can:

✨ Keep learning
✨ Keep growing
✨ Create value for others
✨ Build meaningful relationships
✨ And still have room for the little moments that make me smile

I’ve learned that success doesn’t have to look serious all the time.

Sometimes, it looks like hard work.
Sometimes, it looks like growth.
And sometimes, it looks like sitting beside a Shiba and having a little fun. 🐕❤️

I’m building a business, but more importantly, I’m building a life.

A life with more purpose.
More growth.
More choices.
And hopefully, more opportunities to help other people create the same.

A Busy Day. A Meaningful Life.

Some business days are beautifully full.
Messages to answer. People to meet. Things to learn. Decisions to make. And many little moments that require us to keep moving forward.

Today was one of those days. 🌱

But somewhere along the way, I reminded myself:

Being busy is not the goal.
Building something meaningful is.

I’m grateful for a business that continues to stretch me — not just professionally, but as a person.

Every conversation teaches me something.
Every challenge makes me stronger.
Every person I meet reminds me why I started.

Success, to me, is not simply about how much we achieve.

It is about who we become while building it, whose lives we touch, and whether we are creating a life that we truly want to live.

A full day.
A grateful heart.
And still excited for what’s ahead. ❤️

A ship at harbor is safe. But that’s not what ships are built for.
In corporate life or traditional business, staying in the "harbor" feels secure. You have a familiar routine, a predictable schedule, and comfortable surroundings. But deep down, many of us reach a point where we realize staying still means sacrificing our true potential.
Ships were built to sail open waters, explore new horizons, and weather the waves to reach bigger destinations.

When I transitioned from corporate management into building my international online business, leaving my comfortable harbor was intimidating. But taking that leap gave me back total ownership over my time, my health, and my life choices.

I cleaned 3 standing fans at home today. The moment I switched them back on, the airflow was crisp, strong, and instantly refreshing.
It made me reflect on my years as a business builder and mentor.

So often, it's not that people lack effort—it’s that daily stress, noise, and clutter build up slowly like dust on a fan blade, blocking energy and progress without them even realizing it.

The real value of coaching isn't forcing solutions; it’s about guiding partners to clear away mental clutter and reset their clarity. When your direction is clear and the resistance is removed, momentum takes over naturally.
