今天是卫塞节公定假日，今早的厨房里有着最温馨的烟火气。🥰

我正忙着给儿子煮他最爱的奶油培根意面，婆婆在一旁贴心地为公公熬着稀饭。接着，我又为婆婆炒了盘热腾腾的五花肉蒜香西兰花意面（Aglio Olio）。刚忙完，先生也爬山回来进门了，我们便一起走到附近的咖啡店，轻松地吃顿午餐。

看着家人之间这样自然地互相照顾、彼此扶持，心里满是感恩。家人的爱与正能量就是这样循环上升的——在这些平凡、细碎的日常陪伴里。

也许有人会说：*“今天是公定假日，换作谁有朝九晚五的工作，今天也同样能做到啊。”* 确实没错，因为今天的日历给所有人放了假。

💖但我的“初心”，从来都不在日历的红字上💕。我不想过一种必须等日历给许可，才能抽空陪伴家人的生活。

我之所以选择创业，去建立一个不需要用时间死磕换金钱的系统，就是为了拿回生活的主动权。因为能随时为青春期的孩子们做顿饭、能和先生婆婆吃顿没有时间压力的午餐、能好好守护这份家庭的能量，不该是公定假日才有的“奢侈品”，而应该是我的日常。
真正的自由，不是别人放假你才放假；而是每一天，你都能真正拥有自己的时间。🌿✨

It’s Vesak Day, and our kitchen was alive with the sweetest kind of chaos this morning. 🥰

I was whipping up a creamy carbonara for my boy, while my mother-in-law lovingly prepared porridge for my father-in-law. Right after, I put together this garlic aglio olio with pork belly and broccoli for her. Just as we finished, my husband walked through the door from his morning hike, and we all headed out to the nearby coffeeshop for a simple lunch.

Watching our family effortlessly support and care for one another filled me with deep gratitude. This is how family love and energy spiral upwards—through the quiet, everyday acts of showing up.

Some might look at today and“Well, it’s a public holiday, anyone with a regular job can do this.”
And they’re right. Today, the calendar gave everyone permission to slow down.

Huanglong 黄龙 is honestly one of those places that looks like a literal painting. Known as "Fairyland on Earth," it’s famous for those incredible travertine pools that terrace down the mountain like the scales of a giant golden dragon.

Geologically, it took thousands of years of mineral deposits and glacial water to carve out those turquoise layers. Spiritually, it’s been a sacred spot since the Ming Dynasty, with the ancient Huanglong Temple tucked right into the peaks as a tribute to the legends of the area.

Standing at an altitude of 3,500 meters above sea level, taking in lower oxygen levels, looking at 五彩池 the multi-colored pond, I’m just hit with a huge wave of gratitude.

I’ve always dreamed of a career that didn’t keep me stuck behind a desk, and standing somewhere as wild and beautiful as this reminds me why I made that choice.

It’s a pretty cool feeling when "work" leads you to the top of a mountain in Sichuan. It makes all the effort to build a flexible, global life totally worth it. I’m definitely not taking these views—or the journey that got me here—for granted!

There is a certain magic in starting the day here. Standing in front of the city’s name with a fresh coffee in hand, it really hits you how this place perfectly balances that high-energy, modern pulse with a soul that’s deep-rooted in history.

The air is crisp, the coffee is warm, and having my favorite tunes playing through these headphones makes the morning stroll through these streets feel like a scene from a movie. It’s one of those moments where you just have to pause, take it all in, and appreciate the journey.

Being here also gets me thinking about the history of this region. Looking back at the Three Kingdoms era, this was the heart of the Shu Kingdom—a place where legendary strategists like Zhuge Liang proved that success isn't just about raw power, but about resourcefulness and the ability to build a sustainable foundation even when starting from behind.

In business today, that lesson still holds true. It’s not always about who moves the fastest or shouts the loudest; it’s about having a long-term strategy and creating systems that can endure. Just as Chengdu has preserved its unique identity while becoming a global hub, a great business is built on a strong core that allows for steady, consistent duplication and growth.
