The first 5 minutes are the hardest part… 😭

It’s been a struggle getting back into my flow lately, especially with everything else going on.

The workout is the easy part imo. It’s literally leaving the house that takes all my willpower lol 🫠

I have to remind myself over and over that you can’t wait for motivation to show up.
You just have to be stronger than your excuses.

I lowkey had a meltdown cause I poured coffee on my laptop and fried it 😭

I’ve been coding with a broken spacebar for MONTHS so maybe it was a sign from the universe to just get a new one..?

But… what if you’re actually winning? 🤔✨

I used to spend so much time looking for BIG results that I’d completely ignore the lil stuff that actually matters.

Even with 17 years of fitness under my belt, I STILL let my routine slip. 🫠

Being back home is probably the only reason I’m even hitting a bedtime and eating real food again 😩

Sometimes “winning” is just admitting you can’t do it all alone and leaning on a support system to get your routine back on track.

So if that’s you rn, I’m really fu**in' proud of you for showing up today. ✨

Become the person you can be proud of 👏

The gym for me isn’t really about physical gains anymore, it’s about proving to myself that I can handle being uncomfortable.

Stepping back from coaching full-time to focus on a new project while trying to get my fitness back at the same time is a LOT 🫠

But if you only move when you feel ready, you’re never actually going to go anywhere.

I’m choosing the struggle today because I know the version of me on the other side is worth it ♥️

Stop letting your expectations own you ⤵️

I spent so much time trying to be the "perfect" coach with the "perfect" routine that I actually forgot how to just... live.

Rebuilding my life lately has looked like me fighting for my life to even get outside.

I know most of you are feeling that same pressure to have it all together 24/7 😭 But I’m learning (the hard way) that you can’t pour from an empty cup.

I actually moved back home recently for a change of environment, and honestly, being here is finally helping me get my head right again.

If you’re struggling to find your spark again, just know I’m right there with you.

We’re taking it one messy step at a time.

Trying to be "that girl" again (sort of) 🏃‍♀️💨

Putting myself on the spot here to make sure I NEVER lose myself again 😭.

This is a personal challenge to rebuild the routine I dropped while I was busy chasing too many goals at once.

Okay... "challenge" sounds extreme, but it’s really just small daily habits.

Showing up, getting enough rest, eating proper meals, and prioritizing myself more, one step at a time.

Ofc I’m sure not every day will be perfect, but that’s not the point.

This is about getting back the version of me that actually has her sh*t together and trusting myself again.

Sunshine, fresh air, and pure peace 🕊️

It’s these small things that make everything feel manageable again 🥹

Sometimes, I forgot how much I needed the silence as much as my body needed the movement.

No notifications, no emails, just fresh air and finally finishing a session🌿
