First Steps Preschool - MacPherson

Term 2 week 3.
Our little ones having fun with various motor skills activities. We plant and pluck carrots for our carrots Fun Friday theme.

This week we focus on a familiar shape; circle. We played hide and seek with our teachers, trying to find the objects, toys that are circular in shape. We played with ball and also blow and catch bubbles with different parts of our bodies.

Can’t wait for more fun and games in the upcomigg by week of school 😀

Summary of February

Term 1 Week 5

Our little ones had bowling game to practice their eye hand coordination. The expression on their face when they manage to hit the pin is priceless 🤩

They also had pretend play, trying to be little bunnies and dancing to songs related to bunnies 🙂 They definitely had lots of fun!

School out, holiday in!
We had a super engaging week during the one week September holidays.

We did a variety of activities, from craft work to motor skills activities. We definitely had lots of fun 🤩

Fun Friday - Cat Day
We did face painting, pretending to move around like cat. We also learnt about their characteristics and the things they love.
It was definitely a meow-tas-tic day ! 🐱

This week we talked about vegetables, we sing songs about different types of vegetables, made collage out of it and also examine how various vegetables feels and looks like.

We went to Letterland island to look for Sammy Snake and it said “Ssss” as hello to us. We also sang it’s favourite song in return to greet it. It was definitely a great learning process for us.

Vroom vroom ~
This week we talked about transportation, we count the number of cars and had a mini role play of how cars are parked. 🚙🚗
