Good morning to all students and parents, wef 1st April 2026, we will be rebranding our company's name to Apex Enrichment Centre. In the 2nd quarter of 2026, we will continue to uphold the spirit in helping our students.

With End of year examination coming up, Apex New Century Enrichment Centre would like to share an example on how to tackle the informal email writing for Secondary school students.

With reference to the example in this post, the content allocation can be as follows:

1. Introduction(开头）
2.Background Information(背景）- To support the stand of the importance of racial harmony
3. Cause(原因）
4. Solution (阻止办法）
5. Suggestion(建议）
6. Ending(结尾）

Good evening, as we approach 2023, we will be revising our fees for our tutors who are going home tuition with effect from December 1st, 2022.
For Primary School students, it will be increased from the current fee of $45.00/HR to $50.00/HR
For Secondary School students, it will be increased from the current fee of $55.00/HR to $60.00/HR

For every successful referral of students (regardless of subjects), student will be entitled to a 10% discount for a month on their fee.

Students that were with us since the start of 2022 will also receive a subject guidebook specially prepared by our tutors.

Interested parties can start confirming their participation with us as there are limited slots.

To help building rapport between our tutors and parents, as well as understanding the needs of our potential students from Primary 1 to JC Year 2, our Enrichment Centre will be conducting free trial lessons, with duration of 1.5hours, for our potential students.
Every participant will be entitled to 1 free session of any subject.

At the start of the new week, we are here to introduce our inspiring tutor , Mr Gerald!

Subjects to be taught:
Primary School Mathematics

Hi everyone, I am Gerald! I'm currently waiting to enlist into army before enrolling into NTU Business School. I used to be a Table Tennis athlete, representing Singapore at the different age-groups before calling time and shifting my focus to my studies. Since then, I've decided to take on the role as a coach instead, guiding players of all ages in improving their skills. I believe my experiences as a former athlete and coach will help me to relate to the students better as they strive for academic excellence.
Holding a long-term interest in Mathematics, I aim to help students realise their potentials, imparting the relative techniques and habits for the subjects, whilst cultivating their interest and joy in learning.

My favourite teaching method is the inquiry-based learning with student-centered approach. I strongly believe in active learning, whereby students take the front seat in their learning experience , allowing them to quickly grasp concepts and skills. Furthermore, with inquiry-based learning, students will learn to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills which are essential life skills that will help them throughout their life journey.
