Healthy Habits Can Be Fun! 🎉🎉

Our K1 and K2 children had a wonderful time welcoming the Healthy Lifestyle Puppet Show by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) to our school!

Through lively storytelling, funny puppets and lots of interaction, the children discovered how simple everyday choices can help keep their bodies healthy and strong. 💪

They also learned the easy-to-remember SNAP healthy habits:

📵 N – No to Too Much Screen Time
🏃‍♀️ A – Active Every Day
🍎🥦 P – Plate Full of Fruits & Vegetables

There was plenty of laughter, participation and learning along the way! ❤️
