This Saturday a bird told us Frank is teaching about the concept of frame in Solna Centrum, 14-15 Centralvägen 6 🤯 be one step before the others and learn the secrets to how to actually lead and follow...

Starting with "normal" axis one leg spins we end with rotisserie one leg spins... Working with shoulder, core and leg control here all at once 🙈🤣🥳 and also feeling the flow and love of dance and movement OF COURSE 😁
