It's time to celebrate our !

Every 29th May, the World Gastroenterology Organisation (WGO) / WGO Foundation celebrates World Digestive Health Day (WDHD). This year theme is "Gut Microbiome: A Global Perspective."
A healthy gut contributes to our gut health by communicating with our intestinal cells, digesting certain foods, and helping to prevent disease. A great way to keep a healthy gut microbiome and digestive health is by having a balanced and varied fiber-rich diet. So watch out what you are adding in your plates!
