Weekend Schedule:

Saturday AM
• Bike handling skills session (led by Laura and Iain) or swim technique session (led by Alex)

Saturday PM
• Run session at a nearby track with two pace/session options

☕ Fika provided on Saturday so we can relax and spend time together between sessions.

Sunday AM
• Long ride with three speed groups:
– 20–24 km/h (led by Laura and Christine)
– 24–28 km/h (led by Alex and Rebeca)
– 28–32 km/h (led by Iain)

Sunday PM
• Optional brick run off the bike (led by Alex) or mobility session

🚴‍♂️ Bicycle Mechanic Wanted – Flexible Consultant Role (Solna/Östermalm)
Our workshop at PainFreePower is getting busy and we are looking for an experienced bicycle mechanic to help us expand our workshop capacity.

Most of the bikes we work on are road, TT/triathlon and gravel bikes, so experience with performance bikes and modern components is highly valued.

🔧 The role includes:
• Servicing and repairing bicycles
• Diagnosing issues and recommending repairs
• Ordering parts when needed
• Communicating with customers about repair status
• Coordinating bike drop-offs and pickups

💰 Compensation:
• Service-based compensation linked to the work performed
• Profit share on parts supplied and installed
• Flexible working arrangement

📍 Workshops located in Solna & Östermalm (Stockholm).

This role is ideal for a skilled mechanic who enjoys working with performance bikes and wants a flexible, independent setup.
