On Tuesday, we had an exciting field trip to AstraZeneca where we got an introduction to the plant in Södertälje and a visit to their OSD production site💊🧬 We had a chance to learn first-hand about the Oncology, Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolic portfolio produced at AstraZeneca's OSD Sweden Operations. We also talked about AstraZeneca's sustainability initiatives and AstraZeneca as an employer!
It was super insightful to get a glimpse of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process. A huge thank you to Martina Schultz and Marcus Norlinder for showing us around and teaching us. We learned a lot and are delighted to have been able to visit AstraZeneca!👩🏼🔬
