🇸🇪ස්වීඩන් අධ්යාපන පද්ධතිය කියන්නෙ ලෝකයේම most balanced & child-friendly system එකක්. 🇸🇪❤️

මෙහි අරමුණ විභාග පරීක්ෂාව ජය ගැනීමක් නොව, දරුවාගේ හැඟීම්, නිර්මාණශීලීත්වය (creativity), සහ විවේචනාත්මක චින්තනය (critical thinking) වර්ධනය කිරීමයි.
1. අරමුණ සහ ස්වභාවය
ස්වීඩන් පාසල් කියන්නෙ exam-based එකක් නොව, learning-based system එකක්.
ගුරුවරයා කියන්නෙ controller නොව, guide and supporter ය.
පන්තිවල දරුවන් rote learning නොකරයි; ඔවුන් projects, teamwork, discussions මගින් ඉගෙන ගනී.
“Fail” කියන වචනයත් බොහෝ විට භාවිතා නොකරයි . ඒකට බලන විදිය learning step කියලා කියන්නේ.
