Dear friends,
It has been a while, more precisely more than 1 year.
Amalia's Jams was put on hod while moving to Denmark and making sure our 'graphic designer' would regain his health, while I finished my PhD. Our guy is feeling much better and putting some weight and in July, I'll have also submitted my thesis...
In the meantime, we have been experimenting new recipes, trying jams from around the world and slowly planning how to move ahead. :)
We'll be coming back in the fall, to taste and fall in love with jams and other treats....

Ja faz algum tempo que nao comunicamos, mais precisamente ha 1 ano.
A Amalia's Jam foi colocada em espera enquanto mudavamos para a Dinamarca, garantindo que o nosso responsavel pelo grafismo recuperava a a sua saude e eu terminava a minha tese. O nosso rapaz ja esta a sentir-se melhor e a ganhar peso e eu vou entregar a tese em Julho.
Entretanto, temos estado a experimentar novas receitas e a provar doces vindos de outras partes do mundo, enquanto planeamos os proximos passos. :)
