حين يتحوّل القريب إلى خصم: قراءة نفسية في العداء للناجحين

يحبّك الناس ما دمت تشبههم، تسير على خطاهم، ولا تسبقهم بخطوة تهدد مناطق راحتهم. يصفّقون لك حين تتعثّر معهم، ويتبادلون الدعوات لك بالخير حين تبقى في مكانك. لكن… إن انطلقتَ إلى الأمام وكسرت سقفهم الزجاجي، قد يتحوّل التصفيق إلى همس، والهمس إلى طعنة، والطعنات — ويا للمفارقة — لا تأتي من الغرباء أبدًا، بل من حيث كنت تظن أن الأمن والملاذ.

من منظور علم النفس

يسمّي علماء النفس هذه الظاهرة “حسد القربى” أو “التهديد الوجودي” (Existential Threat).
وفق نظرية المقارنة الاجتماعية لليون فستنغر، يميل الإنسان إلى مقارنة نفسه بمن هم أقرب إليه في المستوى الاجتماعي أو المهني، لا بالغرباء البعيدين. نجاحك — حين تكون جزءًا من دائرة شخص ما — يصبح مرآة يراها كل يوم، تذكّره بما لم يحقّقه، فيشعر بأن وجودك ذاته تهديدٌ لصورته أمام نفسه.

الآليات الدفاعية النفسية

حين يشعر البعض بهذا التهديد، يبدأ العقل الباطن بتفعيل ما يُسمّى “آليات الدفاع النفسي” (Defense Mechanisms)، ومنها:
• التقليل من إنجازك: عبر نشر الشكوك أو الإشاعات حوله.
• الإسقاط (Projection): نسب مشاعرهم السلبية إليك، فيتهمونك بالتكبر أو الأنانية.
• التبرير (Rationalization): إقناع أنفسهم أنك لم تصل بجهدك بل بـ”الصدفة” أو “المعرفة”.
هذه الآليات قد تمنحهم راحة مؤقتة، لكنها على المدى الطويل تعمّق مشاعر النقص وتدمّر العلاقات.

كيف تتعامل إذا كنت أنت الناجح؟
1. أدرك أن الأمر ليس عنك بقدر ما هو عنهم.
2. ضع حدودًا واضحة مع من يحاولون النيل من عزيمتك.
3. حافظ على اتزانك النفسي، فالردود الانفعالية تغذّي الدائرة السلبية.

وإذا كنت أنت الطرف الآخر؟

إن شعرت بأن نجاح قريب منك يثير فيك الغيرة أو الضيق، فتذكّر:
• نجاح الآخرين لا يقلّل من قيمتك ولا يسرق فرصك.
• الحسد الطبيعي يمكن تحويله إلى دافع للتعلّم والتطوير.
• كلما دعمت الناجحين من حولك، ازدادت فرصك للنجاح أنت أيضًا.

الخلاصة

الأوطان لا تُبنى بالهدم المتبادل، والإنسان لا يكبر بإطفاء شمعة غيره. النجاح الذي لا يتسع للجميع ليس نجاحًا، والفشل الحقيقي هو أن تخسر إنسانيتك وأنت تحاول إسقاط من سبقك.
