Welcome Message

Welcome, dear friends and partners in building hope,
to the Montreal Organization for Rehabilitation and Development
and the Montreal Training Center for Human Resources Development.

We did not choose the name Montreal by coincidence. It carries within it a deep story of inspiration.

Montreal is a global Canadian city, renowned for its cultural diversity, openness to creativity, and human coexistence that made it a beacon of progress and prosperity. It was there, in the heart of this city, that Dr. Ibrahim Elfiky began his journey from scratch. He faced the challenges of exile and hard work, yet he transformed difficulties into opportunities, making Montreal the launching point of a remarkable life journey that inspired millions around the world.

For us, the name Montreal is not just a name, but a symbol and a message:

A symbol of challenge that gives birth to success.

A message that diversity is strength, and that creativity is often born out of hardship.

An invitation to turn every humble beginning into a bridge toward great achievements.

From this spirit, all our services in our organization and training center are driven by inspiration, achievement, and building a shared future.
Together, we believe that every individual can start from a small point and create a great impact—just as Dr. Ibrahim Elfiky did in the city of Montreal.

أهلاً بكم في منظمة مونتريال للإعمار والتنمية، وفي مركز تدريب مونتريال لتدريب الموارد البشرية.
لقد اخترنا اسم مونتريال ليس اعتباطاً، بل لأنه يحمل بين طياته قصة إلهام عميقة.

مونتريال مدينة كندية عالمية، تتألق بتنوعها الثقافي، وانفتاحها على الإبداع، وتعايشها الإنساني الذي جعلها منارة للتقدم والازدهار. هناك، وفي قلب هذه المدينة، بدأ الدكتور إبراهيم الفقي رحلته من الصفر، متحدياً صعوبات الغربة والعمل الشاق، ليصنع من مونتريال نقطة انطلاق لمسيرة حافلة بالإنجازات التي ألهمت ملايين البشر.

إن اسم مونتريال بالنسبة لنا ليس مجرد اسم، بل هو رمز ورسالة:

رمز للتحدي الذي يولّد النجاح.

رسالة بأن التنوع قوة، وبأن الإبداع يولد من رحم الصعوبات.

دعوة لأن نجعل من كل بداية بسيطة جسراً نحو إنجاز عظيم.

ومن هنا، فإن كل خدماتنا في منظمتنا ومركزنا التدريبي تنطلق من هذه الروح: روح الإلهام، والإنجاز، وبناء المستقبل المشترك.
