Triggers are interesting things each and every one of us has. Today I learned that the only way to work on them is to lean in to them, feel them, unpack them, get to the core of what trauma began them in the first place and address them.
Triggers cause a nervous system response to any trauma that was too fast, too soon or too much. We either have a fight response to them, a flight response or a freeze response.
I have been avoiding doing lives on here, a typical flight response. Why? Fear of stuffing up, fear of saying something wrong, fear generallly and yet I do lives in our business group and I’m fine with them as there’s that comfort in others doing the business in the same space.
So tomorrow I’m going live in here. Will I make mistakes, say the wrong thing, stuff up? Probably, I’m human and we all do!

Even the birds and beasts have ways of speaking to each other, of warning each other, and of telling good news. So, we can understand that, in the far off days, before history begins to have records, the wild human beings of the earth wished to communicate with thier fellows.
The first way of wriring for man was draw pictures on the walls of their caves. later, the begin to try write messages. they sometimes did this by drawing sets of pictures.
The ancient Egyptians developed the picture writing idea until they produced that we know as hieroglgphics. these were word designed in the form of pictures. many of these can still be seen carved on the ancient buildings of Egypt. Men wondered for years what these strange writing s might mean but no one could find the key.
But in 1798, one of Napoleon's officers found a large black broken stone near Rosetta. There were kinds of writings on that stone. The Egyptian hieroglgphic writing was the first. many scholars of france and oter nations were puzzled for along time. But, on of them, champollion by name, saw that second writing was demotic, the later writing style of the egyptians, and that the last writing was Greek. he thought that probably the three taxts were the same. He was right. By comparison, they could build up some key tobthe reading of ancient Egyptian writing. So, this stone gave the key of a wonderful history to the whole world.
