Healing an anxious attachments is very uncomfortable, and many wives doubt the process.

The most beautiful part of this process is watching a peaceful wife emerge.

You believe your husband doesn’t open up and avoids hard conversations.

But let me ask you something:

Are you sharing your truth with him?

Do you admit when you’re hurt without attacking him?

Many wives call their husbands avoidant but sometimes they’re avoiding uncomfortable feelings.

Why?

Because confronting them is scary so they pretend everything is fine.

We you avoid your-self,
your husband will avoid you💔

It’s that simple.

Husbands usually mirror your emotional energy.

If you struggle to sit with uncomfortable feelings, your husband maybe mirroring that avoidance.

I’m not blaming you, sis, I’m helping you take your power back💜

Because the moment you stop avoiding your inner work, the dynamic in your marriage will shift, iA

So before labeling your husband as an avoidant, ask yourself:

What am I avoiding that needs my attention?

That’s where connection begins🤍

If this resonates,
DM: “SECURE” for support✨

By having no idea what her needs/ rights are and how to advocate for them.

So she keeps guessing and
assuming her husband will understand her values, limits, and boundaries.

Many wives today lose themselves by not allowing the space to pause and ask:

• What is important to me?
• What makes me feel sad?
• What makes me feel angry?
• What brings me joy?

If you don’t know what brings you peace, you will resent your husband and resentment destroys marriages!

Most marriages don’t end from lack of love, they end from self-abandonment.

Sadly, many wives don’t even realize they’re abandoning themselves 💔

This is not your fault, sis, but it is now your responsibility to rebuild yourself and it all begins with knowing Allah and what brings you peace💜

You don’t have to stay confused!

I know most of us grew up in homes where anger was either silenced or explosive.

Both are unhealthy.

Silence teaches you to shrink and exploding teaches you to lose control and hurt others.

But healthy anger is part of having good akhlaaq and good character doesn’t mean you never feel angry. It means you know how to express it with wisdom & self-control.

Anger, when disciplined, protects your dignity, honor and self-respect.

As Ibn Qayyim beautifully explained: anger is good when trained and harmful when left uncontrolled.

A wife with good character doesn’t explode and she doesn’t suppress.

She expresses her anger with clarity, calmness, and confidence.

If you’re ready to set boundaries,
DM:”SECURE” for support. 🤍

You don’t have to do more to have your husband commit, husbands are wired to do more for wives.

But here’s the thing: they need to feel a certain way to fully invest.

Sometimes what’s more important is how he feels around you.

This is the fastest way to get husbands to commit it.

Sis, I want you to pause and ask yourself this one question:

👉🏽 How does he feel when he’s around me?

Does he feel:
respected ?
needed?
appreciated?
admired?

The answer to these questions inshallah will reveal so much.

If you’re ready to create emotional safety without over-giving, DM:”SECURE”.

So what should you do?

Find her inner peace first and remember this verse:

“Say: Nothing will ever befall us except what Allah has destined for us” –[Qur’an 9:51]

Stop over-giving and over-sacrificing!

Wives that lose themselves trying to meet every need lose focus on their husband’s main needs.

Allah created husband differently, so know his needs and meet them.

Meeting his needs begins with meeting your needs first.

DM: “SECURE” to start building your inner security today!
