Continuing our commitment to ISO compliance, Suhaimi Design Office (SDO) has recently conducted an internal audit on May 25โ26, 2025. The audit aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of our QMS and drive continuous improvement.
Conducted by Suhaimi Designโs Internal Audit team led by Engr. Hammad Ahmad and Ms. Licedel L. Jusay Mariano, the audit focused on key operational areas, including:
โข Design Operations,
โข Quality Assurance and Quality Control,
โข Quality Management and Document Control,
โข Project Management,
โข Compliance with Saudi Government Regulations,
โข Action to address Risk and Opportunities,
โข Administration, HR, and Finance,
โข IT Systems and Record Keeping.
This audit provided valuable insights into our Quality Management System (QMS), which will be used to enhance our processes and procedures, implement corrective actions to address identified gaps or deviations, and ensure continued compliance with ISO standards.

Suhaimi Design Office has been selected to design a cutting-edge central warehouse facility for Saudi Transformer Co. (STC) and Wahah Electrical Supply Company of Saudi Arabia Ltd. (WESCOSA). Located near Dammam's First Industrial Area, this facility will serve as a strategic hub for efficient storage and operational workflow.
The proposed facility will span over a total lot area of 20,500 mยฒ, with a built-up area of 14,000 mยฒ. The design will incorporate a mezzanine floor, featuring administrative offices and an additional storage space. A masjid and canteen will also be integrated outside the main warehouse, enhancing employee convenience and well-being.
Additionally, the facility will feature multi-level racking systems, allowing for efficient material handling. A smart building system will also be integrated, incorporating CCTV surveillance, an addressable fire alarm system, a sprinkler system and lightning protection.
Suhaimi Design's team is conducting extensive studies to determine the optimal pre-engineered building span, ensuring maximum storage capacity and seamless forklift movement within the facility. This design approach will not only enhance operational efficiency but also contribute to a more sustainable and environmentally friendly facility.
The development of this central warehouse facility marks a significant milestone in the partnership between STC, WESCOSA and Suhaimi Design. This project demonstrates the firms' commitment to delivering innovative and functional design solutions that meet the evolving needs of their clients.

Suhaimi Design Office (SDO) proudly announces the successful completion of its ISO 9001:2015 re-certification audit, celebrating 15 years of unwavering commitment to quality management and excellence.
Conducted on March 19-20, 2025, by FAHSS Saudi Arabia (a member of the TUV Nord Group), the audit thoroughly evaluated SDOโs Quality Management System (QMS), focusing on:
โข Quality policy and objectives,
โข Risk analysis and management review,
โข Internal audits and corrective actions,
โข Design operations and QA/QC implementation,
โข Document control and record keeping,
โข Effective implementation of QMS,

Additionally, a site audit of the NOV Shared Facility project in MODON II, Dammam yielded positive outcomes.
Mr. Abdul Rahman Ezz AlArab, Senior Lead Auditor, commended SDO for its continued efforts toward improvement and appreciated the team for addressing previous audit recommendations. Notably, SDO has maintained ISO certification with zero non-conformances for the past six years.

The construction of Taiba Food & Beverage Mall in Al-Khobar has been successfully completed, marking the addition of a modern commercial landmark to the cityโs growing retail landscape. This development features three interconnected buildings with ground, mezzanine and first floors, covering a land area of over 10,000 square meters and a total built-up area of 4,300 square meters.
Suhaimi Design Office served as the supervising consultant, overseeing all aspects of construction to ensure full compliance with the approved design and engineering standards. From quality assurance to timeline management and safety compliance, every detail was closely monitored to maintain the high standards outlined in the project brief.
Architecturally, Taiba Food & Beverage Mall showcases a balance of contemporary aesthetics and practical functionality. Its well-planned layout and modern design elements are set to attract both local residents and visitors, reinforcing Al-Khobarโs position as an emerging commercial hub.

Suhaimi Design Office is proud to announce its successful completion of the Construction supervision for Jubail Pharmaceuticalโs Factory Project, developed by Jubail Pharma Saudi Ltd. The project is located on a 33,400 mยฒ site in Royal Commissionโs Jubail Industrial Area, and spans over a total built-up area of 20,495 mยฒ.
Designed for a cutting-edge pharmaceutical manufacturing, the complex features an Administration Building, QA/QC and R&D Laboratories, amenities, a warehouse with open and covered stockyards, a solvent store, an effluent/ neutralization plant, utility and boiler blocks, and a large production area housing four specialized units: MDI, Nasal/DPI, Ophthalmic and Solid Dosage.
Suhaimi Design Office, supported by its HVAC division; Protecooling, meticulously reviewed the engineering drawings, BOQs and construction specifications to ensure that the highest quality standards were met. The project management team provided comprehensive supervision and technical support, ensuring seamless ex*****on.
Additionally, the HVAC commissioning consultancy managed by the ASHRAE-certified specialists at our division โProtecoolingโ, reinforced the projectโs commitment to operational excellence and sustainability.

Kanoo Real Estate, a division of Yousuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo Co. Ltd., has appointed Suhaimi Design to design the Kanoo Residential Villas project at Durrat Al-Nakheel District in Al-Khobar. The project spans eight (8) plots, each measuring 1,050 mยฒ.
The development will feature twenty (20) villas on a total lot area of approximately 8,400 mยฒ. Each villa will occupy a lot area of 420 mยฒ, with a total built-up floor area of 470 mยฒ.
The ground floor will include men's reception, dining area, family living space, kitchen, wash area, toilets and a storage. The first floor will feature four (4) bedrooms with attached bathrooms, walk-in closets, hallways and a pantry. Additionally, provision for elevators has also been considered.
The site development will encompass landscaping and hardscaping, carports, driver rooms, swimming pools and barbecue areas. The conceptual design has been completed and approved by the client.
