HOBE health and Sanitation program will help low income communities to access hygienic and sanitary tools, specifically liquid soap and hand sanitizer, which is typically expensive. The program will also provide learning opportunities to women leaders in different groups in community especially those in saving groups to learn how they can make liquid soaps on their own and how they can generate some income, these women leaders will also train their members to how to produce hand liquid soaps for health and hygiene purposes and even commercial purpose.
