One of the biggest hurdles for business to scale is the lack of skilled talent as highlighted by PwC's CEO survey. A key missing piece is a "middle layer" of experienced managers who can coach and develop the next generation of leaders, ensuring sustainable growth.
The goal for Unlock Impact is to help individuals and businesses grow. We believe that when people acquire soft skills, more impact and better outcomes can be achieved. In 2018, our first cohort of talented individuals showed us the incredible potential within organizations, waiting to be realized. A significant number of the organization's top performers were unable to advance to more senior positions or assume greater responsibility because they lacked managerial soft skills in critical areas.
At Unlock Impact, we've dedicated ourselves to bridge this gap by equipping talent with essential managerial soft skills, empowering them to drive real impact. Our program is designed to help companies achieve more, retain their best talent, and create a culture of high-performing leadership.
It has been incredibly rewarding to witness our fellows rise through the ranks to become Managing Directors at their respective companies, where they continue to excel and thrive.
