(GPI) is a dynamic, regional and transformational ‘modern and technical institute’ whose roots can be traced back to 1998 to the Glen Computer
and Design School.

Glen Polytechnic Institute (GPI) is one of the Rwandan's leading Higher Technical and Vocational Education (TVET) institutions. Our performance is underpinned by visionary leadership, strong financial management and an entrepreneurial approach; all of which ensures that we are developing an institute, and later a university, that is fit for the future.

Regional, and later International, growth is a key part of our current and future strategy and GPI is now one of the leading Rwanda technical school readying for sending students to study degrees overseas in technical fields with passion to transform Rwanda and regional TVET delivery and development.

We have put ourselves on the global map by building partnerships with over 10 academic institutions in more than 6 countries, on 4 continents and we will be building even more to achieve our 2021 & beyond corporate plan targets.

Our Academic Partnership Unit (APU) shows a young and vibrant regional and worldwide audience exceeding 1,000 students how Rwandan qualifications (diploma, and a degree in partnership with technical universities) from Glen Polytechnic Institute in their home country will change their lives. Because of this we are in the Top 5 Rwandan technical institutes for students studying a Rwandan Diploma or degree award overseas and one of the fastest growing technical institutes Rwanda over the last 5 years. We move at a fast pace and love the buzz of new ideas that keep us ahead of the competition.

We are constantly looking for a Partnership Business Development Managers to join our team in our new regional Hubs supporting the East and Central Africa region to deliver against targets ideally within a transnational education (TNE) focused role. The Hub is part of the GPI Group and sits under a Subsidiary of the Group – GPI Management Services.
