Rwanda went into various problems in 1959 in Rwandan crisis meanwhile the emigris desired to return in Rwanda all of that happened when the colonies when the Belgium had given Rwanda but after this Rwanda came to gain Independence in 1962 this where what was kingdom became a republic it was led by president Kayibanda one of the people who agreed to do what the Belgian wanted because he wrote the book tolked about the hutu that book was called Hutu manifesto . That's how Rwanda got an Independence.

The comparison between fascim and Na**sm

- both Na**sm and fascim were unpleasant outcomes of world war l
- both ideology were characterisd by political intolerance.
- both of them were attributed by personal dictatorship .
- both ideologies should similar ideas , belief and practices (customs, cultures).
- both nazicm and fascim were characterisd by aggressive policies.
- it was also characterisd by violence and terror.
- all of them have a similar propaganda of promising better life of their masses.

In a nutshell there fore , it's a worth of note that nazicm and fascim had a lot in common as noted above .
The only difference is that Nazicm only existed in Germany and Fascim only existed in Italy and that they were led by different personalities. i.e Adolf Hi**er for Nazicm and Benito Mussolini for Fascim.

The 1814 contitutional charter

In 1814,a constitutional charter was made for France in order to prevent any return to an absolute government. It granted France a parliament which was made of preventing absolute government .
The following are the same of constitutional charter included:

*The people of France were assured of equality before the low
*Freedom of the press
* Speech
* Expression
* Worship
* Arrest with trial
* There was to be equality of taxation
* More to that the people of France were to have equal opportunity to civil and military position on merits.
