Sin Jutsu Ryu™ (from Japanese, 'School of Real Skills') as school in Kenpo traditions was founded in 1993 in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
Our main goal to return the Martial Arts their true destiny. After 2017 we hold all Kenpo events in Russia only.

As you known, our Sin Jutsu Ryu™ 🥋 from Japanese as 'School of Real Skills' was born in St. Petersburg, Russia 🇷🇺 at the beginning of the 90s 👊 Our life taught us to survive, not to play Budo. Based on the above as well guided by the personal statement of the President of KOKUSAI SIN JUTSU KENPO KAI - IRCA™, KODANSHA KAI as the supreme governing body of IRCA™, decided not to use any Master's Degrees / Ranks for Oleg Sheprut, retaining only the SOKE title. With true respect to all IRCA™ partners, KODANSHA KAI announces that all senior Master's Degrees as KODANSHA MENKYO / MEYO , previously awarded SOKE , will be canceled from January 1, 2021.
