The project sets out a research whose aim is the improvement of the training of pre-university teachers by carrying out a MOOC (massive open online courses) by a higher education institution which integrates open access educational resources and practices. The project will be carried out on a period of two years (2015-2017). The work methodology and activities are divided in four stages. Among the final products of the project we mention as a premiere the elaboration of a MOOC by a higher education institution. We will also make recommendations for the design, curriculum, and implementation of MOOCs, and we will publish articles in specialized journals with high impact factors.
