Being injured or had injury?
You definitely wondered why did this happen, started losing faith, mentally was and is challenging? Continue reading this is FOR YOU!
Unfortunately as much as we want we can’t avoid 100% injuries, but we can do our best to prevent and make our body ready to absorb that shock and help heal faster.
Now I’m not talking about how to and what to do.
It’s about one thing…
An that thing is, you know the quote “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger”?
I know its just a saying but really. All the hard stuff, period, injuries, all these makes your MIND STRONGER!
YOU ARE NOT WEAKER, it just builds you to a whole nee person who will realize some stuff.
Stuff like:
I wanna be more disciplined, I realise how much I love doing what I do and make sure to come back stronger, I ‘m motivated, Inspired, I AM A WARRIOR!
Ask anyone who’s gone through some hard stuff, believe me, after that, that person is not the same anymore.
Even think about yourself, what you’ve been through.
You are a fighter!
You are stronger!
You became a better person!
Now replace “you” with the word “I” and read it 3 times!
Even if you don’t believe it, you will start to!
Take care,

Raising some awareness 🚨
Whether you injure your shoulder, ankle or any other part of the body, you must take these steps to make sure to get a good assessment of your injury.
In this carousel post I will be telling you some steps I did after I injured my knee.
👉 1. Here’s where my knee dislocated itself. Nothing crazy just sideways moving. It just said, enough.
Overthinking coming, questions after questions.
Why did this happen?
Did I do somthing wrong?
Did I overtrain?
Maaany many questions, but yeah, it’s normal because of being worried.
Next day I had my knee really swollen, so walking was bit hard.
Specially the day.
👉 2. Elevating your injured location, makes it get a better blood flow and helps healing.
👉 3. Starting already some physiotherapy with TENS unit and EMS.
Tens-Decrease pain and helps bloodflow.
Ems- Helps with not loosing the muscle gains. Specially the Quads.
👉 4. And 6. Starting cryotherapy and Icing it daily to help reduce inflammation.
👉 5. Went to a manual therapist who did some lymphatic drainage and already my walking got better.
As in, before I walked like 30%, after the drainage I started walking like 80%.
Big improvement right?
After the liquid in my knee got lowered I went to MRI and consult an orthopedic doctor to have a conclusion and have a projection of what and how I need to work.
What to do, what to avoid.
👉 7,8,9. Knowing what to do and immediately apply it is really important. So movement is medicine is 100% true.
Conclusion.
Don’t sleep on it. Act on it.
Rest is not an option.
Take steps, go to specialists and recover faster.
