Youthpass ceremony and revealing of secret friend; farewell party
Finally it comes the closure of the training course. But, before that, it came the revealing of the secret friend. It was made in an original way: the Youthpass certificates were displayed on a table and the participants were asked to look for the one of the person for whom they were the secret friends. Then they should hand to them, as a last present. After that, followed goodbyes, writing feedback on the banner, on the T-shirts, tears, promises and so on…
Breaking apart if a sad thing, but everyone should go back to the daily life…

Final evaluation
Evaluation have a regulatory role, so it have to be taken very seriously. For the final evaluation we employed:
final evaluation form, that participants has to fill online
Youthpass key-competencies form, also to be filled online
”Pizza” with six “slices”: Activities & Results, Organization & Logistics, Learning Process, Personal Involvment, Objectives, Methodology. On each slice, the participants marked a sign, the far from the centre, the better.
Learning Tree - second part. The participants were asked to evaluate if they learned more in the second part of the training, to put their name on a tree’s branch, and to show, by arrows, how was the evolution
The evaluation was good, the participants considering that the project was a success from all point of view.

Fish market - designing and “selling” the “fish”. Employing the “Fish Market” method, in small teams, the participants were asked to design a project - in wide lines - in the frame of Erasmus+ program, a training course or a youth exchange. They had to figure out the type, target group, partners, methodology, and resources. A not very detailed draft, made in the shape of a fish. he “fishes” were presented in plenary.

Cultural visit
Erasmus+ projects are not only about following the topic. It is also about knowing the local culture and see some things of the hosting country. That’s why, we organized the cultural visit. It was about discovering the spiritual side of Buzau County - a visit to Ciolanu Monastery - the cultural side - a visit to the open-air sculpture site at Ciolanu, quite unique in Europe -, the natural wonders - a visit to Muddy Volcanoes at Berca, the phenomenon unique in Europe. The participants enjoyed a lot this part of the training, as one of the aims was discovering local specific things.

Mid-term evaluation
Once the first stage of the training - building the team spirit, knowing each other and giving the theoretical knowledge on the topic - a mid-term evaluation is needed. Three methods were employed: Archery, to evaluate the general level of satisfaction, The Learning Tree for the learning process so far, and the reports of the daily reports from the reflection groups.
It was a very useful session, to see what works and what can be improved, before the second stage of the training, working in groups to design learning tools.

Vella's steps for designing activities
The last theoretical input was about Vella’s steps to design a learning activity. Starting from the identification of the target group to designing the actual activities, the steps make a logical frame that helps the facilitator to design the activity. After the presentation of the theoretical information, based on the previous workshop about the Kolb learning cycle, they had to do a learning session, following Vella’s steps. The way of presentation this time was the Storytelling.
And how nice stories they were!

Trust & team building games
Building the team spirit is very important in the situation of an Erasmus+ training course. The reason is that the participants are “perfect strangers” before the training and they should work together as a team to build the final product. Aside of that, one outdoor session atfer so many sessions indoors is good for the participants’ health.
So, we went in the Youth Park, near the hotel, and we had some team building and trust games: The Car & Driver, Drunken Bottle were highly appreciated as trust games. And, as team building and unchaining creativity, we organized a Land Art session. The outcomes were very creative and the team spirit rised.
