🤖✨ Today, we participated in the 2nd INAIR Virtual Knowledge Café💡, an interactive online event organised within the Increasing the Uptake of AI in Retail (INAIR) project.

The session brought together project partners, stakeholders, educators, and professionals to exchange knowledge and discuss the role of artificial intelligence in the retail sector, with a strong focus on digital transformation 📲, innovation 🚀, and upskilling opportunities 📚.

Together with our project partners - Lascò , Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου | University Of Cyprus , DELab UW, ITKAM - Italian Chamber of Commerce for Germany, and BSD design - participants explored the main outcomes developed within the project, including the INAIR E-Learning Programme on AI for Retail and the Toolkit for Facilitators. The event also featured insightful presentations from Miriam Lanzetta, Head of International Projects at Lascò, and Dr. Sotiris Themistokleous, Director of Strategic Development at the Center for Social Innovation - CSI, who shared perspectives on the challenges and opportunities related to integrating AI into retail environments.

The Virtual Knowledge Café created a valuable space for dialogue 💬, collaboration 🤝, and the exchange of ideas 💡 on how AI can support innovation, confidence, and future-ready skills in the retail ecosystem 🌱🚀.
