Ella și Sonia s-au cunoscut în 2019, când lucrau împreună la Green School.

Niciuna nu era încă mamă, dar amândouă iubeau lucrul cu copiii. Atunci, Sonia a învățat-o pe Ella despre modelul educațional al Green School. Apoi Ella a ajutat-o pe Sonia să învețe snowboard.

Au trecut anii. Amândouă sunt mame acum, amândouă și-au continuat formarea profesională. Au fost aproape una pentru cealaltă în tot felul de contexte, inclusiv atunci când părea imposibil să poarte o conversație mai lungă de 2 minute fără să le întrerupă cineva.

Acum lucrează împreună în Forest School for Moms. Din înțelegere și compasiune pentru rolul de mamă, dintr-o puternică și științific documentată înțelegere a dezvoltării copiilor și a mediilor în care cresc, și din iubire pentru natură, vă aduc Forest Moms.

Începem marți, 22 septembrie, ora 18.00. Calea Mănăștur, nr. 17.

I have sent my first letters for the Research Mailing Circle and I enjoyed the process quite a lot.

It silenced my mind and allowed reflection and peace to settle in.

I allowed myself to do each of the steps when the time was right for me.

I designed the stickers and the reflection postcard. I splashed the paper for the letters (cause this time I needed more than plain paper). I made the cyanotype image myself, from preparing the paper and the picture, to exposing and developing them. I designed the embosser and signed all the papers. I wax-sealed all envelopes and added good thoughts to each of the letters.

All this required time, and I decided to invest it. I want a circle of people who read my thoughts and interact with the things I create out of my experiences.

The Research Mailing Circle is a project whose main goal is to fundraise for my research, while I share my personal process as a researcher.

Every single time I was in a project, I brought all of myself!

I brought my interest, my commitment, my discipline, my focus, as well as many of my passions, my hobbies, my creativity.

And the research projects are no different.
I am collecting data using methods that could give a deeper understanding of the topic I study, but also methods that represent me.

The Research Mailing Circle is an extension of my Research. It’s how I share my personal journey with people and how I raise money for my project. It is a creative project that is dear to me and that supports me being an independent researcher.

These days I am finishing the content of each letter, and cyanotype is part of it. I love photography. I use it as data collection, I use it as dissemination - I use it to express and to connect.

În ziua 3 am continuat să facem lucruri: am făcut clătite și gem de afine, am lucrat cu argilă, ne-am jucat mult, ne-am bătut cu apă, am desenat și am lucrat cu lemn. Așa bucurie ne-a adus tabăra asta!!! Sper să-i mai revedem pe copii. ♥️

MakerSpace CAMP!
Linogravură, pirogravură, cioplit, cianotipie, fanzine, brățări împletite, semne de carte, jocuri și ce mai vor ei să facă.

Toate astea împreună ca recunoștință lor și familiilor lor - copiilor cu care am lucrat în diminețile de cercetare.

În ultimele 3 luni am găzduit 5 evenimente de cercetare cu omuleții din imagini. Acum, la început de vacanță, le spun un MULȚUMESC pentru că mi-au permis să le cunosc părerile și trăirile ca elevi de școală primară, așa cm știu eu mai bine: la meșterit în natură.

Proiectul de cercetare Well-being in Primary schools in Cluj-Napoca and the case of Green School Romania este găzduit de către Asociația The Fearless School iar evenimente (inclusiv tabăra) sunt găzduite de Blooming Education
