On September 27th, in Vernești, Buzău county, the Conference for the dissemination and exploitation of the results of the project was held. The event aimed to disseminate the activities and analyze together with local actors the benefits that 60 adults from the countryside, from Romania and Bulgaria, obtained following a personal development course and coaching sessions for a year. We aimed that through the testimonials presented at the event, we would inspire and help the participants to be aware of their needs and solutions, through concrete methods, elaborated and tested in this project, for their personal development. The event was part of the "Rural adults deserve personal development" project, financed by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union and is implemented by the Association Assistance and Programs for Sustainable Development - Agenda 21 (Romania) and Open Education Center Bulgaria.

On November 3rd, 2022, we went to Nuci, Ilfov county Romania, where we met the participants of the personal development course for the second module. We worked together with a wonderful team of women - on the topic of problem identification. The first exercise was to find internal motivation by analyzing from four angles the question "Why am I here now?" Then I worked on role management by identifying, listing and analyzing each role on three levels (allocated time - emotional effort - level of satisfaction or dissatisfaction). The course is part of the "Rural adults deserve personal development" project financed by the European Union through the Erasmus+ program.
