Uneori, când tragem tare pentru a atinge un obiectiv, uităm să sărbătorim. Să ne oprim o clipă, să respirăm și să ne bucurăm de drum, nu doar de destinație.
La ultimul seminar Horse Eye, după zile intense și sub presiunea unui obiectiv ambițios, am văzut din nou cât de important e acest moment de celebration. Echipa a reușit. Și nu doar atât: am reușit și noi, toți cei implicați.
De fiecare dată mă uimește cm lecțiile pe care le trăiesc în arena cu caii se reflectă și în viața mea personală. Abia întoarsă din Japonia, după prezentarea noii colecții de pălării, cu jetlag și zero pauze, am intrat direct în acest proiect. Și ce am descoperit? Că mesajul era același: oprește-te, sărbătorește, recunoaște efortul.
Mulțumesc lui Mihnea Virgolici pentru parteneriat și sprijin, Equestria pentru cei peste 12 ani de găzduire a acestor workshopuri și participanților care ne-au oferit încrederea lor și au fost atât de prietenoși cu caii.
Pentru mine, fiecare seminar e o experiență de conectare profundă: între oameni, cai și lecțiile care vin la momentul potrivit.

We just finished testing a new team of horses for our upcoming Horse Eye leadership seminar. It’s always inspiring to witness how leadership dynamics evolve with new horses, as they bring fresh energy and unique lessons to the group. We were so lucky to have a beautiful sunny day and an amazing sunset, which made the experience even more memorable.

Another incredible Horse Eye Leadership Seminar just wrapped up at Wonderland in Cluj! 🐴 Together, we explored the power of teamwork and the joy of reaching our goals with the help of our equine partners. Through Horse-Assisted Education, participants discovered that true leadership is about valuing each team member's contribution and celebrating achievements together. Today at the Horse Eye Leadership Seminar, we had yet another incredible session with the horses. Through their unique feedback, we gained valuable insights into the power of assigning tasks with kindness and understanding. We also explored how to lead with trust, empathy, and genuine care for the needs of our team, all while staying focused on achieving our goals.

The horses taught us how to manage pressure and the importance of celebrating success when objectives are met. We also delved into team roles, the significance of trust, and the critical value of openly sharing feedback.

These invaluable lessons came from our remarkable teachers, the horses, whose presence carries a profound weight, and an exceptional team of dedicated participants who, together, inspired Guliver to break through any barriers.
