The company's commercial system, when related to Fitness, is entirely addressed to the Instructors, as these become the representatives of the company in any Sports Center. By introducing STEEL PROGRAMS in a Gym, it is possible to save money and offer new group techniques, based on a kind of training which conveys a young, innovative proposal, able to satisfy the canons of the curr
ent market and grant marketing support to all sites: customization through banners, flyers and other graphic tools. A proposal to take into serious account, since not only it improves the quality of products and services, but also gives a new professional approach to Gyms. EDUCATION SYSTEM (for Instructors)
STEEL PROGRAMS educational development cycle has a main objective: to offer constant education to all Instructors trained in our Systems. The cycle is divided into 3 stages:
CERTIFICATION
The first step is certification. At this stage, the future Instructor (we'll call him/her Official Trainer) will receive all the education related to the training system he/she wants to learn. Certification will be obtained through Theoretical, Practical, fully dynamic modules, in which the Master Trainer ( Educator ) exposes all the System components. As for the length of the modules, they may be performed on days _ 4 to 8 hours, modelled on a Theoretical - Practical format . The course is scheduled to be completed in 24 hours. The administration of the modules will depend on each representative or area, as it can be presented on a Monthly, Intensive or Super Intensive basis. UPDATE
Up Dates are days in which the Official Update Trainers get new material for their classes ( music, graphics, videos, clothing) * 1, and are also informed of any changes or additions to the system which may occur in the shift from one update to another. Updates will be effected quarterly and the Official Trainers will take part in an event where they will be shown a class taught by the Master Trainers, who will illustrate all the new contents. There are 2 ways to upgrade:
1) Live Update: The Official Trainer attends a live event.
2) Virtual Update: Another way to perform updates is to acquire the material over the Internet, buying through the website or by directly contacting the representative and buying from an official STEEL PROGRAMS center. What advantages and benefits are obtained by the Official Trainer who attends live updates? There is a scoring system which allows you to obtain various benefits, such as clothing, music, artwork, discounts on new certifications, plus other surprises that will be posted on the web. Any Official Trainer attending a Live Update will be rewarded with a certain amount of points, which can then be used at their convenience.
1: Music only is included in the cost of the upgrade. The rest of the material (clothing, artwork, videos, etc.) has an additional cost, but it is absolutely optional. CONTINUOUS TRAINING CLINICS (for Official Trainers)
Continuous Training Clinics (C.T.C) offer Official Trainers the possibility to improve their skills as professionals, attending special days, in which they will be shown different topics related to their work as Instructors. In these special places, useful lectures are provided on such subjects as: Education, Physiology, Anatomy and Biomechanics, Music Performance, Choreography Building, Technical Implementation, Education and Communication, and much more. The above mentioned clinics are fundamental to the professional development of each Instructor: in fact, having their skills improved, Instructors will heighten the name of their company, thanks to the top quality preparation they’ve acquired. This continuing education system, allows STEEL PROGRAMS to create a constant contact with their Instructors and grant high quality professional sports facilities. In addition, Instructors will receive constant support from STEEL PROGRAMS, together with new tools to improve their classes, and new resources to let them grow as professionals.
