Astăzi am vorbit despre cm omul este educabil înainte de a fi angajabil, despre cm un “gen Z” e fiu sau fiică înainte de a fi o cifră într-o statistică despre “tinerii din ziua de azi”.

Când vom începe să îi tratăm cu curiozitate și deschidere pe oamenii de lângă noi, vom crea relații sănătoase care vor fi atât de semnificative încât vor depăși granițele generaționale.

Bunătatea și respectul nu au nici vârstă, nici generație.

Dacă vrei să dezvolți un program de Multigenerational Workforce la tine în companie sau dacă ești un părinte interesat de opțiunile de carieră ale copilului tău adolescent, m-aș bucura să ne cunoaștem.
