Okay, fine, itโs 7PM and Iโm drinking tea.
But my first article is PUBLISHED and that deserves a celebration of some kind.
I wrote about the hidden epidemic nobody discusses: surgically induced menopause and the women navigating it without HRT or a safety net.
Itโs honest.
Itโs uplifting.
Itโs hope, wrapped in research, served with a side of โyouโre not crazy.โ
Under 10 minutes. Zero jargon. Maximum heart.
I genuinely loved writing every word.

And I keep thinking: WTF, do we just accept that?!
Accept painful s*x?
Accept crushing fatigue?
Accept anxiety that steals your presence from your own life?
I donโt want to โlive with it.โ
I want to research it.
Hack it.
Heal it.

Two years ago, I couldnโt finish a sentence.
Today, Iโm writing for

So Iโll be over here, writing the articles my younger healthier self needed to read.

Because menopause needs more than just HRT.
It needs strategic options.
Now if youโll excuse me, I need to go stare at a wall and remember what proprioception is.

Itโs not about laziness or lack of discipline; our nervous system is just DONE negotiating with cortisol.
When estrogen drops, our brain loses one of its main stress buffers.
Translation?
More cardio โ more results.
It often means
โก๏ธ more inflammation,
โก๏ธ more brain fog,
โก๏ธ worse sleep, and
โก๏ธ joints that feel excruciatingly fused.
THE SHIFT

โ Stimulates fascia โ improves proprioception + pain signaling

Itโs all about doing what our neurobiology actually responds to now.
