The Magic of Life...

Lately, some projects have worked out for me — projects I used to struggle to find solutions for a few years ago.

Back then, I couldn’t find the answers, so I put them aside for a while.

And now, it’s as if they’ve resolved themselves, effortlessly.

Something has changed, though.
My inner state. 😁

When I stopped “holding on for dear life” to a project, that’s when it naturally came together — without effort.

If you cling to a project, it means you’re attached to it; something inside pushes you to skip steps, to force things before their time.
And that’s exactly when things “don’t click.”

For something to flow naturally, without struggle, you need to detach from the outcome and let things unfold organically — while still keeping your focus on the goal. 😁

Yes, it is possible to be both detached from your goal and focused on it at the same time.

And that’s when the magic happens. 😀

😀 How can you get EVERYTHING you want in life — personally and professionally? 🙂

👉 Step 1: Know exactly what you want, what you wish to achieve;

👉 Step 2: Once you know what you want, look for solutions and resources, then take action to get that “something”;

👉 Step 3: Analyze the results you’ve achieved, and if you don’t like them — adjust;

👉 Step 4: Look again for solutions and resources, take action, and adjust;

👉 Step 5: If you’ve reached your goal — celebrate! If not, repeat steps 3 and 4.

You might be thinking: “It’s not that simple!!”

And you’re right — it’s not simple, precisely because along the way you often sabotage yourself due to the beliefs, patterns, and conflicts buried in your subconscious.

Maybe you don’t even have clarity yet — you don’t know exactly what you want.

If you do know what you want to achieve, personally or professionally, maybe you’re stuck in a dream state — you think about your goals, but you don’t start gathering information and resources to take action.

If you’ve already taken action and made concrete steps toward your goals, you might not get the desired result the first time.
And then you give up — you skip Step 3: analyzing the results and ADJUSTING.

If you’ve managed to adjust your path toward your goal and it still didn’t work the second time, maybe you lose faith and hope — and you stop adjusting again, or as many times as needed.

💥!!! Those who get everything they want in life keep adjusting continuously until they reach their goals! They never give up along the way — they’re always looking for new solutions.

And they can do that because they don’t sabotage themselves on the journey.

Is it easy or difficult to change the beliefs and patterns that limit you?

You’ve carried them for decades and lived with them.

As someone once said, it seems hard to change them precisely because you’ve lived your whole life this way, and without these beliefs, you no longer know who you are.

!!! And that’s exactly what makes it interesting and beneficial for you—to discover who YOU really are, beyond what you’ve taken on from others around you!

Maybe you have certain values that are deeply important to you, but you can’t fully express them if you’re held back by inner blockages.

And here’s a personal example.

For many years, I dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur because I felt a strong love for CREATING: products, services, opportunities... I felt that creation nourished me, fulfilled me.

But in a job, I didn’t have the chance to express my creative power.

For a long time, I didn’t take the step toward entrepreneurship because of unconscious beliefs I had inherited from… my father.

Things like:

“If you have a business, you’ll go bankrupt and starve!!”

My father was an employee his whole life and never once tried to start something on his own.

For him, that lifestyle worked—it gave him a sense of security that he probably needed.

But for me, security alone is not enough.

Because if I choose security, I kill my number one value: CREATION.

I am not my father.

I am myself.

And for me, creating products, services, businesses, processes, opportunities—that’s fulfillment.

If you choose to live by other people’s beliefs, you’ll never truly live according to your own values, in harmony with who YOU are.

💥 And now, there is a process of rewriting unconscious beliefs and patterns that works with rapid and lasting effects!

Yes, you really can learn to live YOUR life—not someone else’s.

💥 What’s BLOCKING You?

If you want to achieve something in your life, professionally or personally, the recipe is (apparently) simple:

✅ Decide what you want to achieve

✅ Look for solutions and resources

✅ TAKE ACTION

✅ Evaluate what you’ve achieved and make adjustments

✅ After a certain number of adjustments, you reach your goal—whether you want more money, a new job, to earn money in a more enjoyable way, to start a business, or to grow the business you already have. On a personal level, maybe you want to be in a relationship, improve the one you already have, or simply enjoy better emotional balance and higher-quality relationships with those around you.

Whatever it is you desire, the 5 steps above are essential—and you need to take them. Unfortunately, just thinking about manifesting something in your life doesn’t work.

Your goal won’t materialize by doing nothing, just wishing for it and waiting.

Still, why is it sometimes so hard to take the necessary steps to get what you want in life?

💥!!! Because of your inner beliefs, patterns, and blockages.

At some point in your life, something happened, and unconsciously you associated your goal with danger.

So your subconscious “protects” you from danger by pushing your goal away.

But how did you form these limiting beliefs that are holding you back?

Some you unconsciously picked up from your family when you were a child;

Others you absorbed from society, friends, acquaintances;

And some you created yourself, as a result of events in your life—or even from seeing what others around you went through—drawing unconscious conclusions that you need to protect yourself from danger, so that what happened to “X” doesn’t happen to you too.

“Positive affirmations frustrate me!” – a client told me.
“I keep repeating affirmations, and yet, nothing in my life actually changes.” – she added.

…It reminded me of 2018, when I too repeated an affirmation 100 times a day, for about 3 months, and… no result, no change in my inner state.

For some people, affirmations really do work… but those people do not have many inner blockages, that’s why it works for them.

Most of the time, you just feel like positive affirmations help because they seem to give you a slightly better mood – but that feeling doesn’t last, and your goals, your dreams, still remain far away.

So what actually happens when you say positive affirmations?
You’re putting a carpet over a pile of “garbage.”

The theory of positive affirmations is that if repeated often enough, for a long enough time, they overwrite old beliefs.
But if you have 7, 8, or 14 limiting beliefs holding you back in one area of life… how could 2–3 affirmations possibly overwrite all those fears and inner blockages??

And yes, the clients I recently worked with on money and relationship blockages had at least 8 unconscious beliefs that were actually pulling them away from their goals.

It’s almost impossible to overwrite 2–3 positive affirmations on top of 8–10–14 limiting beliefs.
It doesn’t even look good mathematically, and it definitely doesn’t work in practice.

The solution is NOT to start saying 8–10–14 different affirmations!!

The solution I propose has 3 steps:

✅ Step 1: Identify exactly, for your particular case and your goal, how many limiting beliefs and patterns you have in your subconscious, and what they are (this is what we do in the series of 4 Live workshops on September 16, 17, 18, 19!).

✅ Step 2: the most important one, which usually does NOT get applied in most courses: the belief or pattern must be broken! And NLP has very effective tools for eliminating limiting beliefs.

✅ Step 3: only now, after you’ve “broken” the blockage, can you start saying specific daily affirmations – but I always personalize the affirmations for each person and case. An affirmation that works for your neighbor won’t necessarily work for you.

The result of this method is FAST – in just one week you can feel a change in your inner state. 🙂 And then concrete changes start to appear, bringing you closer to your goals.

"Isn’t it our (in)willingness to update our own beliefs (or not) that trips us up? That, and the fact that sometimes it’s very hard to admit that one of our beliefs has, in the meantime, become outdated. Sometimes it can feel like: ‘Everything I’ve based my life on so far is wrong—so then, who am I really?’

Interesting point of view, isn’t it?

Here’s what I answered:

‘That’s exactly what’s interesting—to discover who we really are. Yes, the process of changing beliefs is challenging, but necessary. We’ve taken on beliefs from our parents, from school, from friends, or they’ve been shaped by impactful emotional events in our own lives. In none of these cases are they truly our real self, because either we unconsciously borrowed beliefs from others, or we formed them out of fear of certain events, which keeps us stuck at a survival level. Beliefs and patterns can’t all be changed at once, precisely because it feels like you don’t know who you are anymore. But step by step, with integration, it’s possible.’

Of course, you can choose not to change your subconscious beliefs and patterns, but then you shouldn’t expect different results in your personal or professional life.

You know very well that the subconscious always wins.

For example, if you unconsciously associate money or a romantic relationship with danger, your subconscious will make sure to ‘protect’ you from that danger—meaning it will push away both money and potential partners from your life."

Did you see the challenge David Popovici faced in the swimming event at the World Championships in Singapore?

He said he experienced a mental block—he was overwhelmed by fear and wanted to cancel his races, and stop swimming at the event.

Fear of what? Of the posibility that he could actually reach, and even exceed, his physical limits! He said he started getting better and better times—ones he didn’t believe he was capable of achieving.

David Popovici has been working with his mind for a long time now, and he already knows how to do some deep inner research to uncover the root causes of his blocks.

So, he overcame the block and won the gold medal in the 200 m freestyle—he's a world champion.

The most interesting fear is the fear of success. 🙂
It’s one I still have too, and something I’m working on.

Someone said at an offline workshop that he couldn’t explain why he dropped out of a program that brought him many positive changes. 🙂 Everything was going well, but then… he quit without knowing why. He still don’t know.

What David Popovici went through is further proof that the mind and inner blocks are extremely important. 🙂

And yes, they can actually stop you from achieving what you want in life.

Only when you manage to overcome those blocks, fears, and limiting beliefs, you can move to the next level—both professionally and personally.

👉"I will let you know later if I can come to your workshop, I want to see if I can cancel a dentist appointment!" — a lady who signed up for an offline workshop on the topic of subconscious reprogramming wrote to me today.

👉 "You don’t need to cancel the appointment, I’ll be holding the workshop again in two weeks" — I replied.

I noticed how strong her desire was to attend, to the point where she was even willing to cancel a dentist appointment.

When someone truly wants to attend a workshop or course, they find solutions (time and money).

And when someone can’t find a solution, it actually means the workshop or course isn’t that important to them at that particular moment in their life.
