Theme Park: The Theme Park occupies the Central Area of the Podium at ground level and is covered by steel dome ensuring a clear height of eighteen meters, supporting the landscape garden, and is penetrated by skylights. The Theme Park expands as well into the peripheral areas of the Ground Floor level to accommodate a total of twenty six or more different rides and attractions. Hotel Tower: A 7 stars hotel is designed to fit in the standalone ground floor plus twenty eight floors glass tower accommodating one hundred thirty three guest suites, six restaurants on the lower floors and one sky view restaurant on the roof, a gymnasium including an indoor pool and a business center. The sky with an operable glass roof providing shading and protection from the weather conditions. Two technical floors are located on top of the mezzanine level and between the 28th floor and the sky view restaurant. The Basements: Provide parking spaces for all the project components along with storage rooms, technical spaces and other facilities. A 36MW primary sub-station and a chillers plant to serve the whole project are located in the basement levels (over three and four levels). The basements are served by several ramps from the three main roads surrounding the site.
