$750 billion drained from markets this summer via the Treasury General Account… and almost nobody noticed.

When the government refills reserves by issuing Treasury bills, liquidity gets pulled from the financial system. Bitcoin needs dollar liquidity to run, so Treasury drains kill crypto momentum even when the Fed cuts rates.

The historical pattern: TGA refills and risk asset rallies never get along. Rising TGA means liquidity headwinds, falling TGA means fuel for markets.
