In the year 2002, community Leaders from the State of Karnataka, took an initiative to form a toastmasters club that would help people develop their leadership and communication skills, which saw the birth of Brindavan Toastmasters Club. DTM Rammohan Rai was unanimously elected the first president of the Club, and on 15th November 2002, the first Ex-Com meeting was held. Brindavan Toastmasters Clu

b held its first ever meeting on 24th November 2002. On 20th January 2003, Brindavan Toastmasters club was chartered. And it was in the 40th meeting, the club changed its name from Brindavan Toastmasters to Talking Matters Toastmasters Club. Today, Talking Matters Toastmasters Club is one of the prestigious Club in Doha having a diverse multinational membership base which create a great learning ambience. Talking Matters is open to all those, above 18 years of age, interested in honing their communication and leadership skills.
