📝 This examines the role of the so-called “Board of Peace” in as an international framework for managing the post-ceasefire phase. It shows how the Board has tied reconstruction, humanitarian aid, and civilian administration to political and security arrangements aligned with Israel’s vision, foremost among them the disarmament of the Palestinian resistance. The assessment also highlights Israel’s continued ceasefire violations, expanding military control, obstruction of the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza, and the unprecedented humanitarian and urban devastation caused by the genocidal war on the Strip.
