What does acceptance really mean… especially in times of change?

You’re not “lost”… you’re grieving.
Grief doesn’t just come with loss. It can show up in menopause, not being able to have children, moving country, career shifts, or divorce - often moving through denial, anger, bargaining, sadness, and eventually, acceptance.

In Module 4 of What Now, we explore relationships, family, and the emotional shifts that come with life’s transitions.

Because moving forward doesn’t start with fixing - it starts with understanding.

When life feels uncertain - change, transition, not knowing what’s next - your breath is one of the fastest ways to come back to safety and clarity.

✨ Breathwork gently supports your nervous system, helps regulate stress and brings you back into the present moment.

Try these 3 simple exercises at home:

1️⃣ Slow nasal breathing
Inhale 4 seconds – exhale 6 seconds.
Repeat for 2 minutes.
By making the exhale longer than the inhale , you switch on the parasympathetic nervous system, your rest and digest state

2️⃣ Physiological sigh
Two short inhales through the nose, then a long slow exhale through the mouth.
Repeat 5–10 times.

3️⃣ Box breathing
Inhale 4 – hold 4 – exhale 4 – hold 4.
Repeat for 2 minutes.

Small moments of breathing can make a big difference🙏🏻
