Students who complete the NCUK International Foundation Year or NCC International Foundation Diploma at UFC can progress to QFBA-Northumbria University in Qatar, depending on their chosen pathway and subject specific entry requirements. This gives students the opportunity to continue their undergraduate studies in Qatar while earning an internationally recognised degree 🌍

Through these progression routes, students can access career focused degree programmes such as:

Yesterday at University Foundation College (UFC), we were happy to host Dr Nadia deGama, Senior Lecturer and Programme Leader for Undergraduate Business Management Programmes, along with Sherine Tabsh, Head of Student Recruitment, and Fatemeh Navaei, Course Advisor from AFG College with the University of Aberdeen in Qatar 🇶🇦

By completing the NCUK International Foundation Year (IFY) or NCC Education Level 3 International Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies at UFC in Qatar 🇶🇦, students can progress directly to Year 2 of a four year bachelor’s degree programme at AFG College with the University of Aberdeen in Qatar, subject to meeting the entry requirements 🎯

For our students, this is a clear local option for university progression in Qatar.
