Did you know that playing in dirt isn’t just “play” for kids, it’s backed by science?

Soil exposure has been linked to supporting mood-regulating processes in the body, while time outdoors is known to help lower stress levels. Even simple things like growing a plant and watching it change over time help build patience, responsibility, and resilience in ways screens can’t replicate.
