Mirta Pérez — the first Indigenous woman from Paraguay to earn a Master’s degree in an English-speaking country — has returned to her home in the South American Chaco.

In Asunción, we found studio apartments at an affordable price, just above €1,000/m², with promising Airbnb rental income.
