Back again in Warnemünde, Germany! 🇩🇪✨
This is one of our regular stops and also one of the turnaround ports for our cruise. Every week, some guests leave the ship while new ones arrive, ready to begin their journey. 🚢
But today was different!
For the first time since we've been coming here, almost all the shops were open. And because it's Sunday, I immediately asked my German friends if there was some special holiday or celebration today. 😄
Usually, unfortunately, everything is closed when we arrive here on Sundays. And that's a shame because, among all the destinations on our itinerary, Warnemünde is actually one of the best places to shop without spending too much.
Germany can be surprisingly affordable, especially when it comes to supermarkets. And after travelling through Scandinavia, you really notice the difference!
Just to give you an idea: yesterday in Copenhagen, I took a Bolt for a journey of only 4.5 km from the city centre to the port where the ship was waiting—and I paid €32! 😳🚕 These are Scandinavian prices for you!
And then there's Norway… One day I paid around €8 for a simple ham and cheese croissant. 🥐😂
So yes, you can imagine why I appreciate German supermarkets so much!
Today, however, everything seems to be open—and I'm still trying to figure out why! If any of my German followers know what's happening today, please let me know. 🇩🇪👇
Another day, another little discovery during my journey as a Yoga, Meditation & Breathwork Instructor with MSC Cruises.
And honestly, I love how even the places we visit again and again can still surprise us. 🌍💙

Sometimes, the most beautiful soundtrack is simply the sound of water. 🌿💧
My second or third stop in Copenhagen, and today I decided to slow down.
I visited the Botanical Garden of Copenhagen, near the Natural History Museum, and I deliberately left this video without music. No background track, no distractions—just the sound of the water and the peaceful atmosphere around me.
I wanted you to experience this moment as I did.
There are also a few little glimpses of Copenhagen in this reel: one of the city's famous bicycle areas with its distinctive mushroom-shaped structure, showing just how deeply bicycles are part of everyday life here. 🚲🇩🇰
And then, some funny little magnets I found in a shop—and a beautiful raincoat I finally bought because, of course, I didn't have one with me! ☔️😂 Unfortunately, I completely forgot to take a photo of it.
Today I wasn't feeling at my best and was actually considering going back to the ship to rest. I thought I might even have a little fever, but after spending some time outside in the sunshine, I started feeling much better. Maybe it was simply tiredness and the need for some fresh air and sunlight. ☀️
Another little reminder that sometimes we don't need to do more.
Sometimes we simply need to stop, breathe, listen, and be present.
My journey continues as a Yoga, Meditation & Breathwork Instructor with MSC Cruises, discovering Scandinavia one port at a time—and learning something new about myself along the way. 🌍🧘♀️

One of the greatest gifts this journey has given me has nothing to do with travel... it's being more present. 🌊✨
I stopped watching TV back in 2013. At the time, I realized that constantly consuming the news and negative information wasn't bringing positive energy into my life, so I made the decision to switch it off.
Over the years, though, I noticed that television had simply been replaced by something else: YouTube and social media. They became part of my daily routine without me even realizing it.
One of the things I love most about working onboard MSC Cruises is that internet access is limited. Uploading videos or spending hours online isn't practical at sea, and surprisingly, that's become one of the biggest blessings of this experience.
Instead of scrolling, I spend more time connecting with people, focusing on my work as a Yoga, Meditation & Breathwork Instructor, and enjoying everything happening around me.
Almost every evening there's something special: breathtaking theatre performances, live music, gala nights, themed parties, karaoke, cocktails, and so many opportunities to share real moments with incredible people.
Watching world-class performers live—and then meeting them later over dinner as colleagues—is something I never imagined I'd experience. Seeing the passion, discipline, and talent behind every show reminds me how much beauty exists when we choose real life over another hour in front of a screen.
These are the moments I want to fully embrace because I know they won't last forever. And maybe that's exactly what makes them so special.
Sometimes, disconnecting from the digital world is the best way to reconnect with life. ❤️
I never expected Norway to feel this hot... until a few days ago! 🇳🇴☀️💚
Now the fresh Scandinavian air is back, and it's exactly why I love this part of the world. The endless green landscapes, the peaceful atmosphere, and the breathtaking fjords make every moment feel magical.
Today we visited Ulvik, a charming little village that looks like it's straight out of a fairy tale. Since our cruise ship couldn't dock, we had to take a tender lifeboat to reach the shore—and honestly, it made the experience even more special. 🚤
Sometimes, the unexpected moments become the best memories. Ulvik is definitely one of those places I'll never forget.
Would you take the lifeboat to discover a place like this? 💚

A little milestone for me. 💙
This was my first time teaching with a microphone. For years, I avoided using one because I thought it would take away from the intimacy of my classes. Instead, it did the opposite.
I didn't have to raise my voice. I could keep the calm, soft tone that is such an important part of my teaching while still being heard by everyone in the room. That alone changed everything.
But what made this experience even more special was realizing that I'm not doing it alone.
Thanks to the incredible MSC sound and lighting technicians, I have the chance to collaborate with a talented team that helps bring my vision to life. Together we can use music, lights, and the space itself to create an atmosphere that supports relaxation, presence, and connection.
Having people behind the scenes who genuinely help you create something meaningful is a privilege, and it's something I'll never take for granted.
I'm deeply grateful that this journey allows me to travel the world, do what I truly love, keep growing as a teacher, and build experiences that touch people's lives.
That's a beautiful feeling. 🌊✨

✨ Feeling incredibly grateful for this amazing journey! 💙
Since July 11th, I've had the privilege of collaborating with MSC Cruises, bringing Yoga, Meditation, and Sound Healing on board in one of the most extraordinary settings imaginable.
There is something truly magical about sharing these practices while surrounded by the endless ocean, creating moments of peace, connection, and transformation at sea.
This season, I'll be sailing through the breathtaking Baltic Sea, the North Sea, Scandinavia, and the stunning Mediterranean, guiding guests on a journey of wellness while discovering some of the world's most beautiful destinations.
A heartfelt thank you to MSC Cruises for making this dream a reality. I can't wait to continue inspiring, connecting, and sharing this incredible experience with everyone on board.
See you at sea! 🌊🧘♀️🚢✨
