😂😂😂😂 these two rock my world. Siblings Bel ànd Shon, super talented, funny ànd loving. We are working on the black keys song were Bel is playing the accompaniment ànd Shon is playing the lead melody. They are almost there. Note how they give each other the stink eye in the first part of the video. It was hilarious 😂

last lesson for the academic year fun with Bel and her younger brother Shon. These children are just amazing. They practice, they are sassy, loving and as you can see, LOVE the camera and using me as a jungle gym 😂
In this video Bel was introduced to Bluegrass music (yay) and eighth notes (quavers). Happy holidays y’all ❤️🌺🤗

And so ends another academic year. Introducing Jonas, a sweet soul who has been doing piano lessons with me for about 6 months. I don’t always teach songs from the book, I believe that learning to play by ear is equally important as learning to read music, because one learns to find tune ones ear. Congratulations to all teachers and students for completing another academic year and my sincere gratitude to all my clients and students for helping me achieve the dream of self employment. I am extremely grateful 🙏🏽 Song- Blinding Lights - The Weeknd

Introducing Selma, a beautiful young lady, an extremely successful and talented dancer and one of my first direct students. Selma is currently on the level 1 book of Faber Piano adventures and she is progressing beautifully. Lovely technique, good rhythm and her sight reading is consistently improving…..and she’s a cute as a button.
Congrats to all students for completing the academic school year, a huge achievement! 🎶🎓

When the kids are away, this teacher plays. I rarely have the opportunity to practice playing the drums and with the end of term just one day away, many of my students are not at school. Practice is everything!!!!!! Song - Mirrorball by Elbow from the album, The Seldom seen Kid. One of my favorite albums of all time 🎶

How am I supposed to teach piano lessons with this much cuteness, surely!!!!!
It’s time to feature the adorable animals of my students.
This little one is Tuga, she’s just 3 months old and her big brother Negroni. These two beauties belong to a wonderful family from Brasil, and their exceptionally talented son Gui, who will be featured very soon. 🐈‍⬛

Learning guitar at a young age is tough. Although, Ben, an ex-student of mine from South Africa was a natural, and he practiced!!!
In my opinion and experience, learning guitar is physically challenging.Everything feels weird and awkward and the fingers hurt a lot. I recommend a 3/4 or 1/2 size nylon string guitar for starters.
This video also highlights how imperative it is to have correct rhythm. Incorrect timing and rhythm is way more noticeable than playing the wrong note of chord so students….. learn you note names and their values!!!

This child……beautiful Sophia, she started piano lessons 6 months ago with some piano experience using YouTube tutorials but no formal lessons. And 6 months down the line, this is how she is playing. I’m so proud of her, she practices a lot and it shows. Outstanding baby girl ❤️🎶 Please feel free to drop me a DM for more information about my service 🙏🏽
