Stop forcing yourself to be just one thing.
For a long time, I tried to keep my work tucked neatly into separate boxes.
On one side, there was awaken and free – the space where I shared movement, retreats, and wellness.
On the other side, there was my creative and brand design work - a massive part of my career and passion, but something that barely had a personal presence from me online.
Splitting my energy felt exhausting, like I was only allowing myself to show up in fragments. Then it hit me: I don’t have to choose between the different parts of myself that light me up.
Bringing everything together under LaBianca Creative wasn’t about changing directions; it was about expanding.
Creating multiple avenues under one roof has allowed me to fully lean into all the faces of what I do without cutting off parts of myself to fit a single label.
Let this be a reminder for you as well; you are allowed to keep growing, shifting, and leaning into every part of who you are.
So glad you’re here for this next evolution 🫶🏼

a Wednesday snapshot of a day with me, a solopreneur.
Building a business from the ground up is no joke but actively creating a life that breathes freedom, flexibility and room for creativity is worth the ride.
When you align your work with your life, even a busy Wednesday can feel like a gift 🫶🏼
Five non-negotiable environmental shifts that changed my workflow (and save my energy) as a Creative Director.
Here is the list to save to avoid burnout:
1️⃣ Clear the visual clutter. A tidy desk is a tidy mind. I can’t function when my physical space is chaotic.
2️⃣ Chase the light. Working in dark spaces drains energy. Prioritize well-lit, aesthetic environments that elevate your mood.
3️⃣ Movement before work. A 20 minute walk or yoga flow to clear out the mental clutter before you sit down to create.
4️⃣ A single priority list. Stop working through endless to-dos. Pick your main weekly priorities and ruthlessly focus on them - one by one.
5️⃣ Anchored sensory rituals. For me lately it’s choosing my handmade mug for the day and making my MUD\WTRR matcha with pistachio crème oat creamer. 🤌
Bonus: Surround yourself with other creative people. Energy is contagious.

I got a note and it was one of the best birthday gifts I was given last month!
A good friend/retreat groupie wrote these detailing what 5 international retreats together felt like and why “shaking up the routine” is necessary.
If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to travel with us without having to go alone, swipe through to read it straight from a fellow traveler.
P.S. I’m getting ready to announce our 2027 retreat locations! Drop the word “NOTE” in the comments below and I’ll send you the link to join the email list so you can be the first to see where we’re heading next.

A hot take… quiet confidence, clear boundaries and zero interest in proving yourself are the highest forms of luxury.
Which one hit home for you?
After a spontaneous getaway, number 4 is really hitting me today!
You weren’t meant to be the expert, the tech support, and the editor.
I completely nerd out on taking raw, unfiltered audio and cutting away the static to let the heart of your message shine.
I’ve been working with Megan Walsh | Trauma Therapist since her solo podcast, Good Girls Gotta Heal which has recently shifted to a new podcast with her and fellow therapist, Amber called We Should Talk Pod 🎙️.
I love everything these two are about, so editing becomes even more of a joy.
(Side note) Be sure to add their podcast to your lineup for conversation with two therapists on relationships, mental health, pop culture, motherhood.
Whether it’s:
🎙️a weekly podcast
🎧private training modules
🧘♀️guided meditations
📱editing videos for reel content
I’ll take the technical heavy-lifting off your plate so you can just show up and share your expertise.
I have room to take on 2 new editing clients this month (audio or video!).
If you’re ready to hand over the timeline and get some mental white space back, DM me “EDIT” and let’s talk about your project.

9 lessons from my mat that travel with me everywhere I go. (Slide 6 is one I go back to often!).
For my fellow yogis, tell me one of yours.
Happy International Yoga Day!

To take away the struggle is to take away the strength.
I’ve been thinking a lot about the “sand” in our lives lately - those transitions that feel heavy and slow.
It turns out, you aren’t doing it wrong; you’re just building the muscle that will make the arrival into the new more powerful.
Comment “STRENGTH” for a 5 minute meditation to carry you through your sacred struggle.

Last week, I was celebrating a friend’s 30th birthday when she asked the group for a piece of advice from those of us who have already walked through that decade.
My answer? Follow the nudges.
Pay attention to the tiny things that pique your curiosity and actually follow them. Because when you do, it leads you down a path you could never have scripted for yourself and honestly, one that usually far exceeds anything you could have “planned.”
I never actually intended to pioneer a path outside of the societal norms. There was no grand manifesto. It was just a slow combination of accepting where my life was at and following my own curiosity.
That curiosity is exactly what led me to:
🚐 Living and traveling in a van.
🧘🏼♀️Leading retreats around the world.
💻Building my own creative business from the ground up.
💛 Finding and marrying my person in my 40s.
None of those things were on my original roadmap, but they are the best parts of my life today.
I say this to encourage you…if you’re feeling stuck or like you have to white-knuckle your way through a specific 5-year plan, this is your sign to loosen the grip.
Start paying attention to what is drawing you in right now. What are you curious about today?
You don’t need the whole map. You just need to follow the next nudge and see what’s waiting for you there ✨
